Service
Triplyra creates planning suggestions from your input, travel sources, AI, and map services. Routes, opening hours, prices, transport, safety conditions, and entry requirements can change. Verify important information with official venues, transport operators, and government sources before travel.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your credentials and account activity. You must not misuse the service, attack interfaces, scrape protected data, submit unlawful content, or impersonate another person.
Trials, purchases, and subscriptions
New accounts may receive a limited trial. Additional itinerary generations may be offered through Apple in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions. The App Store purchase sheet shows the current price and billing period before confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings and restore eligible purchases in the app. Refunds and billing are handled under Apple's applicable policies.
Travel information
Itineraries are general planning assistance and are not safety, medical, legal, or visa guarantees. Consider your health, weather, local rules, and live conditions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triplyra is not responsible for indirect losses caused by third-party service changes or information you did not verify.
Termination and contact
We may restrict service for serious violations. You can delete your account from Profile. Submit questions through Triplyra Support.
