Service
Triplyra creates planning suggestions from your input, travel sources, AI, and map services. Routes, opening hours, prices, transport, safety conditions, and entry requirements can change. Verify important information with official venues, transport operators, and government sources before travel.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your credentials and account activity. You must not misuse the service, attack interfaces, scrape protected data, submit unlawful content, or impersonate another person.
Purchases, subscriptions, and service limits
Every automatic city or country itinerary is personalized by OpenAI. Triplyra reserves one AI planning credit when generation starts and consumes it only after a successful result. A failure, timeout, recorded user cancellation, duplicate request, or cache hit creates no additional charge. New accounts receive five introductory credits. The service uses an active subscription allowance first, then introductory credits, invitation bonus credits, and purchased consumable credits. A non-administrator with a zero balance cannot start automatic generation. Additional non-expiring five-use packs and auto-renewable Standard, Advanced, and Professional monthly plans are purchased only through Apple In-App Purchase in the iPhone app; App Store localized pricing is final. Subscription allowances reset after successful renewal and unused subscription allowance does not roll over. Cancelling auto-renew does not end the paid period early, and a downgrade normally takes effect at the next renewal. Restore Purchases does not grant the same signed transaction twice. Apple handles billing and eligible refunds under its policies; a refund affects only the corresponding purchased entitlement and never invitation bonus credits. Reasonable anti-abuse rate limits may apply and do not alter saved itineraries.
Travel information
Itineraries are general planning assistance and are not safety, medical, legal, or visa guarantees. Consider your health, weather, local rules, and live conditions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triplyra is not responsible for indirect losses caused by third-party service changes or information you did not verify.
Termination and contact
We may restrict service for serious violations. You can delete your account from Profile. Submit questions through Triplyra Support.
